Remote Assistance
Although computer problems can be complex, River Net Computers offers Remote Access service to remotely connect to your machine and resolve any issues. Sometimes there’s no need to unhook your computer and bring it into the shop, or to incur an on-site technician fee. A River Net Computers technician can log on to your computer remotely and assist you at a fraction of the time and cost! 2. Download and install Cross Loop (PC or Mac) 
River Net Computers can then connect remotely to your computer securely after the installation.
Cross Loop Installation Instructions:
Download Cross Loop here (choose PC or Mac version) or from their website CrossLoop.com
In the window’s security warning, select “Run”.
When prompted, select “Run” again.
Select your preferred language for the CrossLoop application.
Click “Next” to start the install process.
Read the agreement, select “I accept the agreement”, and press “Next”.
Choose whether you want a desktop / quick launch icon.
Press “Install” to confirm.
Select whether you want to launch the program and click “Finish”.
After the installation has finished, you can open CrossLoop at any time by clicking the
icon on your desktop, clicking on the tray icon, or by opening the program from the start menu.
