At River Net Computers, we offer free diagnostics to everyone for any software related problems your computers may be experiencing. One of our qualified professionals will investigate and pinpoint the issue and provide an honest recommendation to you at no charge. We will test the health of your hard drive, scan for viruses, malware or any potential security vulnerabilities, analyze the performance of your system’s operating system and examine the overall performance of the machine. Our detailed diagnostics summary will inform you of any significant issues and an estimated cost to fix or repair the computer to help you make the right decision as quickly and affordably as possible.
Stop by anytime during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. You do not need an appointment to drop off your desktop or laptop computer, but you may always contact us ahead of time at (908) 996-3279.
If you are bringing in a laptop, please bring your laptop’s power adapter or charger with you.
If you are bringing in a desktop computer, you only need to bring the tower.
